Manerba del Garda is placed on the west coast of the lake Garda and is formed by many small hamlets (Solarolo, Montinelle, Balbiana, Pieve, Crociale e Gardoncino), that follows one another among olive groves and vineyards. The town is placed half way from both Desenzano and Salò and is easily reachable from the motorway Milan-Venice, exit Desenzano.
The coast is really picturesque with its wonderful cliff Rocca di Manerba, which falls into the water and represents an icon of the area. With clean air you have from here the sight of the whole lake. Another interesting place of the Rocca is the Natural Archeological Park of 9 hectares and the Natural Museum: see
The hamlet  Manerba – Montinelle is placed in fron of the Island of San Biagio with its cypresses, which can be easily reached on foot through very low waters and has got beautiful beach resorts (with a cheap entry ticket). Other beaches (more than 12 km) are: Spiaggia della Romantica, Pisenze, Sasso, Dusano and San Sivino. The beach of Dusano stands out for its romantic charme, for its old small haven, beloved by the fishermen, and for its splendid sight of the lake and the peninsula od Sirmione. See – also the small “Porto Torchio” on the Spiaggia della Romantica with its several bars and restaurants directly on the beach is really charming. Many open air concerts take place here during summer months.
In the several bars you can taste the many local products, olive oil, wine, lake fish, vegetables, truffles and honey. Of special interest are the international and traditional events, preserved along the centuries, as the mechanic crib during Christmas time, the Carnival, the international festival of classic music “Armonie sotto la Rocca”, the typical markets, the wine and foods events and the several summer music exhibitions.
Manerba is many sided and offers a lot of sport activities, any type of water sports, walkings, bike excursions and golf: the Golf Club “Arzaga Golf” or the Garda Golf Country Club” are very near.
Manerba is an ideal place for the shopping. Starting from the traditional food shops “alimentari”, the baker’s, the butcher’s ending with the many supermarkets and stores.
On Friday a large fish market takes place.

In many shops you can find the most typical local products such as olive oil, wine, lake fish, vegetables, truffles and honey. During the year there are many traditional and international events such as the automatic crib on christmas days, the Carnival, the international festival of classic music “Armonie sotto la rocca”, the street markets of regional products, many wine and food events and several music shows during summer months.

Manerba is varied and invites you to many activities, several types of water sports, trekking, cycling, golf playing: the well known golf clubs “Arzaga Golf” and “Garda Golf Country Club” are only a few km from here.

Manerba del Garda – well groomed and large villa near the coast.
The villa is placed in quiet position, in a side street near the coast of Manerba del Garda, beach “Porto Torchio” and a bit under the hamlet Montinelle.
The villa has got a wide garden with a private pool, a large covered terrace with fireplace and comfortable sitting group, table and chairs. The public beach is only few minutes from the villa on foot. At short distance on foot there are several restaurants, coffee houses and boat rentals. Near the house there are small shops.
The house is technically well equipped. There is also air conditioning, which functions as heating too in colder months, together with the fireplace in the living room and the modern gas heating. There is also a photovoltaic system (6 KW) at disposal.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – one with tub and the other with shower – are on the ground floor. A small balcony of one of the bedrooms has got partial lake view.
There is also a large basement, partially enlightened by windows. Here there is a small additional apartment with its own entrance, living room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There are a large taverna with fireplace, the technical room for heating and air conditioned, a large laundry room and a very large garage (for min. 3 cars): outside the garage there is enough place for other cars.
