The room was restored 2011 and can be considered new: heating and hot water are electric.

The room is placed in a residence with shared large pool, tennis court, playing ground etc. and has got many other benefits: reception, rental service, cleaning and laundry service, Wifi, shared washing machine and can have a good income if rented for touristic usage. So far its income has been very good and it can still be rented, if you desire.
