TIGNALE – Unique and unforgettable
Thank to its peculiar position – on a plain between campione and Gargnano – on the west coast of the lake, with a wonderful view of the whole lake and of the opposite Mount Baldo, Tignale is one of the most charming destinations of Garda.
Medieval alleys and churches of historical and artistic relevance, but also comfortable hotels, coffee houses and restaurants, and many small shops are indicators of the high quality supply of Tignale.

Tignale is many-sided and is always showing different scenarios. from the rough landscape along the stream S. Michele, to the terraced slopes planted with olive trees between Piovere and Oldesio, to the wide grazings with fruit trees, thick woods, large valleys and steep cliffs, down to the lake, with the small haven and the ancient lemon tree plantation Prà de la Fam, which has been recovered and restored and is now a museum, where you can see the description of the many phases of lemon colture during the centuries.
Between sky and water. Among the nubby olive trees and through centuries-old holm oaks runs the well groomed road to Tignale – a conglomerate of many small hamlets, whose centre is Gardola. Placed inside the natural park “Alto Garda Bresciano”, Tignale is one of the most preferred destinations of Garda.
Steep cliffs, wide green terraces, panoramic roads, tracks that twist and turn among crossings, mountains, woods and small villages of the inland.
Lake Garda offers many possibilities for the fans of water sports. Several sail courses incline children and adults towards this beautiful sport. For the fans of motorboats, in Gargnano there are boatyards and docks.
Unique occasion – inside an olive grove of about 3.600 m² is placed this small unfinished building, which previously was a tools depot with warehouse on 2 floors.
The house is enrolled in the cadastre as country tools depot. A local surveyor informs that it can be destroyed and restored with the present volume. We are presently not able to tell if an upgrade is possible and, if so, in what volume. Directly beside the estate there is another estate which was sold as olive grove and has turn into a large house with attachments.
The street to the estate is a country street. You can use a manageable small car but an offload vehicle is much better.
